What i learned this week
This week I learned about my first lady Mamie Eisenhower. I wrote my tips for teens and learned about bullying, identity theft, and online etiquette. Mamie was a first lady. She was known as the White House's sleeping beauty. She was very nice and sweet.

Reflection
In my online experience class I have learned a bunch about computer netiquette, bullying, Identity theft, and online safety. I have made a Weebly, Voki, Diigo, Quizlet, and Key train account. I have learned that you should always respect other people on the internet. Always check spelling and make sure what your saying makes sense. I've learned that bullying can cause kids to skip school and to stop doing homework assignments. Identity theft is very harmful too. Over 10 million people have their identity stolen each year. Identity theft can happen by swiping your credit card or even throwing away important information. Make sure you are safe online and don't do anything inappropriate or bully anyone online. I have made several accounts in my online experience class and I use blogger the most. My robotics team uses a blogger so I am one step ahead. I also have a Voki. I used my Voki to make a hot dog talk about bullying. Diigo is another website I have an account for. I use Diigo to tag all my favorite webpages, and it lets me use tags. The last site I have an account for is Quizlet. I use Quizlet to study. I will be able to use this site until I'm out of school, it is so helpful.

It was March 19th, and Emma was dining in at a small restaurant which she was not familiar with. When she was done eating her delicious BLT the waitress came over and gave her the bill. Emma forgot her cash at the hotel she was staying in so she decided to use her credit card. The waitress took her card and swiped it, but what Emma did not know is that the waitress just stole her Information. Emma left casually, and went back to the hotel. The next day she went shopping at a local department store. When she found what she was looking for she went up to the register and swiped her card. There was an error on her card so she swiped a different one, none of her cards were working. She left the store and went online to check her credit cards. Come to find out a brand new car and a house rental where charged on her card. She went to the police station to figure out what happened. The police told her that her identity was stolen, and they asked her if she has been to any unfamiliar places lately. She told the officer she went to a restaurant and they swiped her card there. The police went to the restaurant and caught the suspect before she could do any serious damage. If you’re a victim you should cancel all your cards and go to the police station immediately.
It was a cold winter day on December 4th, and Jake was in his house online shopping. All the sudden a add pops up and he was the one millionth visitor and he won a free iPad all he needs to do is send in all his info. Jake contemplates whether he should or not. Soon he gives in because he wants that iPad. He puts all the info in and the iPad never shows up. He gets worried and check his bank accounts, There is a house payment and a plane ticket on his card. He goes to the police station and reports an id theft the police can't do anything about what happened. They told him to call and cancel his cards, and to be smarter on the computer. How to protect yourself from becoming a victim is to check your credit monthly and don't put your info into a computer add.
